| Welcome to my eBay store ! A vintage 12 inch Jensen C12Q from 1965. Clean, straight frame in excellent condition. Vintage style seamed all paper cone, original style vented dust cap, which I hand-make. All the sound and correct look in a vintage speaker that functions like brand new and will hold up and not fall apart under professional use. The four digit green stamped numbers and the hand written red numbers on the magnet sticker tell me these came from an amp manufactured in Red Bank, NJ by Danelectro, probably a Silvertone amp. Completely rebuilt and thoroughly tested, it sounds great and is ready to go. You will not be disappointed with this speaker. When you purchase a reconed speaker from Dusty's you are buying the very best. We use only good un-damaged frames, force a bead of epoxy around the edges of the magnets filling all gaps between plate and magnet where needed and re-bond the magnet to the frame, the magnet structure will hold together for the life of the recone and there will be not a rattle or buzz. Any interior foam screening is replaced with a coated aluminum screen which will not deteriorate and plug up the coil gap over time. All our soft parts are the highest quality the industry has to offer, surpassing the quality of the originals for the nearly every speaker. I personally test each and every speaker before it leaves our hands. Our work is meticulous, professional and very neat. We are not an authorized service center for JBL, ElectroVoice, Altec or any other brand and do not use so called 'OEM' parts. In this way we can offer the best value possible, quality drivers ready to go at less than the cost of a 'factory' reconing on a frame you already own, which you'll have to pay shipping on both ways. We also do not pad the price with a 'handling' charge as most reconers do, buyer pays only actual UPS shipping charges. I STAND BEHIND EVERY RECONED SPEAKER I SELL. If you are not satisfied we will take the speaker back and refund your money without rancour or delay. I personally follow up on each and every sale made on eBay with tracking numbers and when to expect your delivery. Items carefully packaged and shipped swiftly once payment is recieved.
