YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 2 PIECE HANDMADE VINTAGE LACE BABY CHRISTENING GOWN. IT'S OLD BUT I'M NOT SURE EXACTLY HOW OLD. THE DRESS IS CRISP WHITE WITH LACE TRIM AROUND THE TOP, BOTTOM AND ARMS. THE FRONT HAS LACE FROM THE NECK TO THE BOTTOM RUFFLE. THERE ARE 4 SMALL SILK BOWS WITH A SMALL PEARL IN THE CENTER, 2 ON THE CHEST AND 1 ON EACH ARM. THE DRESS HAS A UNATTACHED BOTTOM LAYER/SLIP. THE SLIP IS GATHERED ON THE SIDES, 1 SIDE MORE THAN THE OTHER, I'M NOT SURE IF IT SHOULD BE OR NOT. YOU CAN'T SEE THE SLIP, I GUESS IT'S TO ADD FULLNESS TO THE DRESS. I FOUND 1 VERY SMALL SPOT ON THE BACK RIGHT SHOULDER SEAM OF THE DRESS BUT IT IS COVERED BY LACE AND UNNOTICEABLE. THE DRESS IS 26" LONG.
