VINTAGE LANE MID CENTURY EAMES PANTHER TV LAMP RARE!!!!

 Vintage Panther with Sultry Girl TV Lamp

~ CHARTREUSE ~ (Lime Green) Many panther lamps out there but none with the Unique Sultry Lady molded into it like this one, IT'S FANTASTIC!

This lamp is from my 90 year old aunt’s estate.

You are bidding on a difficult to find Vintage Green (Chartreuse)

Panther Ceramic T.V. Lamp in perfect working order.

Made in the U.S.A. ~ It is marked “Lane Co.  L.A. CAL.”

on the bottom ( I hope you can see it in the picture ) 

It has a Sultry sensual Lady holding back the panther with a gold look

Chain / Leash (not real gold).

It has the U.L. Decal on the back and a push button switch.

(Decal is missing some material)

The plug is the old two prong type. 

The cord, while not cracked or frayed, however it is a bit stiff. 

It measures about 13” Long by 10” High by approx 4” wide (deep).

Ceramic Item has NO cracks or crazing. 

Now, a few words about any FLAWS,

As I don’t want you to have any surprises.

Because this item is very old, the glue to hold in the Eye

Jewels have loosened.  It would appear that my aunt re-glued in the

ONE green eye, however she must have lost the other green eye

in her green carpet so she substituted for a deeper green eye. This cannot be seen from looking at the

 panther straight on.  

The only other minor flaw I see is an ever so tiny chip in the back of

the opening near where the bulb is.  I tried to show that area in one of the pictures. 

Not terrible flaws overall, this still is a unique and cool 50’s era

piece that you should be proud to own.

A wonderful unique addition if you collect these old LANE Panther Lamps

in a very rare and desirable and rare color that is seldom seen.

A unique (difficult to find in this color) TV Lamp from an

 era long gone.
