THE PARTS ARE REMOVABLE SO YOU  CAN YOU ONLY THE TORSAL IF YOU JUST NEED TO DISPLAY YOUR SHIRTS/BLOUSES OR YOU CAN USE THE BOTTOM PART TO DISPLAY JEANS OR SKIRTS.PERFECT TO DISPLAY FULL DRESSED UP OUTFITS. IT DOES HAVE SOME WEAR AND ANY OTHER VINTAGE ITEM.IT MEASURES ABOURT 5 1/2 FEET IT DOES NOT HAVE A HEAD.THIS COMES TO EBAY ONCE IN A WHILE MAYBE NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES.
