MINIATURE ROULETTE WHEEL + CHIPS + MAT - MADE IN ENGLAND by K & C LTD.

           

This set comes in a hard cardboard box which has some stains, tears and wear around the corners etc. It comes with 32 Yellow Chips, 31 Green Chips, 33 Pink Chips, 34 Blue Chips, Minature Roulette Wheel, Playing Mat (worn at folds from age) and Instruction Sheet (some stains and tears at edges). There is a date of 1/53 on the instruction sheet. I believe the chips and the roulette wheel are made of bakelite.
