I ship ACTUAL UPS Daily Rate with no handling charges and do offer USPS as well if cheaper with NO insurance unless requested. USPS is closely estimated as nothing is packed ahead. UPS Daily rate in alot of cases is more reasonable than USPS and always INCLUDES insurance. Upon payment I ship next day or within 3 days Monday thru Friday. There is a 1.00 handling fee for international shipping.
