POSTCARDS

Please remember that many postcards have minor damage that has been caused by handling in postal systems, etc.

This damage usually taking the form of knocked corners or edges, small corner creases, etc.   So that you can make up your own mind on this we endeavour to leave a border around the card on the scan.   Any other faults we endeavour to report in the body of the listing,

If we mention a date for the postcard, it will be either the postage date or our estimate based on the style of dress, vehicles or design of the card, etc.

If we say ‘old’ we mean before the 1930’s, ‘vintage’ 1940’s to 1970’s.

Postcards are posted enclosed in a plastic sleeve and packed in a Board Backed Envelope marked DO NOT BEND.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you find that an item is not as described in its listing, and you wish to return that item a full refund will be issued.

The refund will be via the method used for payment, e.g. pay with PayPal refund will by via PayPal. (The exception to this rule is that payments by postal order will be refunded by cheque)

Claims for a refund must be made not later than seven days from receipt of goods.   We allow three working days for delivery within the UK, four working days for Europe and five working days for the Rest of the World.   Add the appropriate period of time plus seven days and you have the time allowed in which to claim a refund.   Claims outside of this timescales will not be accepted.

POSTAL - SHIPPING - PACKING CHARGES

We will combine postage on multiple purchases; please do not pay until we have told you the revised cost.

We endeavour to despatch goods within three working days of receipt of payment.

Please remember that postage - shipping charges include packaging and labour costs. 

We do not normally obtain proof of posting for items sold for under £10.00p.

If an item is 'lost in the post' we will do our best to resolve the matter with Royal Mail, but not with any overseas organisations.

We consider an item 'lost' if it has not arrived within 2 weeks (UK) and 4 weeks (overseas).

We cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they have been handled by overseas postal systems.

PAYMENT

UK Buyers: We accept payment by PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order, please note, we do not accept Cash.

Overseas Buyers: We accept payment by PayPal or a cheque drawn on a UK Bank and payable in £ Sterling, no other form of payment is acceptable..
