IT MEASURES 14X10 AND IN THE FRAME IT MEASURES 19X15. I LOOKED UP THE ARTIST AND HE IS LISTED ON "ASK ART "BUT NO REAL INFORMATION ON HIM. I HOPE THE PICTURES HELP!
