You are bidding on a Vintage Pyrene Brass 1 qt. Hand Pump Fire Extinguisher. The handle will twist and unlock, comes out about a 1/8 inch. I don't know if its suppose to come out any further since it is empty. If has scuffs, dings, needs a good cleaning. It does have the locking bracket, but its very rusty, needs cleaned up, the lock need lubricated. Please ask any questions you might have. Thanks for looking.
