     I have up for bid a vintage rocking horse planter by National Potteries Co. Still has the silver sticker (faded) on the bottom that says National Potteries Co. C in a circle, Cleveland, Oh. Made in Japan. It measures 6 x 5  1/4 x 2 inches. No chips or cracks but does have paint loss on the ears and tail edges.
