UP FOR BID IS A VINTAGE, SCHWINN, HANDLEBAR STEM.

IT IS MARKED JAPAN. THERE IS NO YEAR ON THE STEM.

THERE ARE SOME SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES. I HAVE WIPED THE STEM WITH A DAMP CLOTH BUT HAVE NOT POLISHED IT.  I WILL LEAVE THAT UP TO THE NEW OWNER.

THE LONG SIDE MEASURES 5.75 INCHES, THE SHORT PIECE WHERE THE HANDLEBARS CONNECT IS 4 5/8" LONG.
