an RMA number and return items in the same condition as shipped within 5
days. Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage or loss
during shipping; that is covered under shipping insurance. In the case
of shipping damage, we may, at our option, require the item be returned.
Unless other arrangements are made in advance, the buyer is responsible for
shipping and insurance charges. Items received without an RMA number may be

This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it
started up, but have not performed additional testing.

cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is.
