This is a "Speed-O-Weave" by Lily.  It has Art #717 on the box.  This set contains a six section of light, sturdy angle steel which may be assembled into a variety of sizes and shapes for frames.  The set also contains a shuttle, nuts, bolts and a detailed booklet.  I could not find a date on the box or the boolet but looking at the picture on the booklet I would say this dates around 1960.  Just by the way the lady is dressed and the hair style.  It looks like it has never been used as the nuts & bolts are still in the sealed package.  This is in good condition.  Shipping & handling $7.00 US ($14.00 Canada).  I do recommend shipping insurance $1.75 extra for your own protection.  I will not be responsible for items once they leave my control.  Please ask any questions before bidding.  Thank you for visiting my ebay site.
