VINTAGE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE COSTUME ADULT

Isnt the Vintage Style Strawberry Shortcake just adorable? I think we all loved her, that grew up in the 80's! Unfortunately, costumes and dresses in the vintage style arent available, so over a lengthy period of time I made a pattern and here we have it!!!!!!!!!!!

This set includes 4 pcs

1) The long poofy, elastic wrist sleeve, red dress. This dress has a fully line bodice, over 4 yards of gathered skirting, button back, all seams serged for a professional finish. It is made from high quality cotton fabric.

2) This lovely white apron is made from my pattern. I tried to duplicate the vintage dolls apron as closely as possible. It has a square bodice that is fully lined, gorgeous eyelet shoulder straps, over a yard and a half gathering, diam shaped green/white gingham appliques decorated with pillowy large strawberries with little pearls,  and glamorous big sash tie back for cinching the waist for a more tailored fit.

3) This pc is my favorite. I created the pattern for this lovely big poofy bonnet and it just completes the set. It is made from a 100% cotton fabric that is adorned with miss shortcake herself and ripe big red strawberries.  The crown is scarlett red, just as the dress and the that signature rounded brim is a darling matching pink, which is interfaced, lined and all seams serged.

4) Bubble/ballooned old fashioned pantaloons with easy fit elastic waist and legs, and adorned with pretty satin red ribbon bows.
