ITEM FOR AUCTION IS: a wonderful old tile table circa 1920's-30's with a parrot theme. Three parrots, butterfly and florals. Wood appears to be oak and is very solid. This would have been made by Malibu, Catalina, California or one of the other big firms known for tiles. Condition; There are 8 tiles 5 3/4 inches square. There are 6 pock marks scattered within the 6 tiles, these I believe are manufacturing flaws. Each of the tiles has some crazing or crackling which appears to be in the glaze. The top middle tile has a chip 3/4 inch by less than a 1/4. It is right up against the grout near the top left corner of that tile. The grout is a little dirty. The wood shows minimal wear on the top and the rest is very nice. From tile to tile the measure is 17 1/2 x 11 1/2. Table top is 23 1/2 x 17 1/2. 18 inches tall. A wonderful piece, please ask questions if you have any. The price quoted for shipping may not be correct. It may be a bit higher or a bit lower. USPS gave me a price of over $100 for parcel post, they do not want the business I guess. UPS ground was around half that, but it does not include the insurance. I will get the best price I can for you on the shipping and ask that you pay the exact cost, once we have it packed. Thank you, Susan

All items will be protected well but shippers can sometimes do damage and or lose things. Better to be safe! Ask for an invoice for insurance or signature comfirmation. No refunds on lost or shipper damaged items that are not insured. In most cases I will try to combine shipping on multiple wins. California residents need to add 7.75% sales tax.
