VINTAGE VICTORIAN EDWARDIAN ERA SATIN WEDDING GOWN

UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION I HAVE A STUNNING VINTAGE WEDDING GOWN FROM THE LATE VICTORIAN TO EARLY EDWARDIAN ERA.

IT IS MADE OF THE MOST GORGEOUS EGGSHELL WHITE TONE ON TONE PRINT GROSSE GRAIN RAYON SATIN. THE TOP OF GOWN HAS AN OPEN V-SHAPED NECKLINE WITH A BENDABLE WIRED COLLAR INSERT SEWN INTO IT. IT HAS LONG PUFFY TOPPED SLEEVES THAT TAPER TO A POINT AT THE WRISTS. THE BODICE HAS A PRINCESS STYLE EMPIRE WAIST WITH A BEAUTIFUL RHINESTONE BUCKLED SASH/BELT. SKIRT IS LONG AND FLOWING WITH A DEEP PLEAT CENTERED IN THE BACK OF THE GOWN FROM WHICH A LONG FORMAL TRAIN CASCADES. GOWN CLOSES ON THE SIDE WITH A SMALL METAL EYEHOOK AND SNAPS.

MATERIAL- TONE ON TONE PRINT GROSSE GRAIN RAYON SATIN

EXCELLENT PRE-LOVED CONDITION. THIS GOWN HAS BEEN KEPT IN AMAZING CONDITION FOR IT'S AGE, I FOUND ONLY A FEW VERY MINOR FLAWS ON THIS STUNNING GOWN. THE RAYON SATIN MATERIAL IS STILL STURDY AND COMPLETLY WEARABLE.

UPON CLOSE INSPECTION YOU WILL NOTICE SOME VERY LIGHT YELLOWING UNDER THE ARMS, IT IS VERY LIGHT AND BARELY NOTICEABLE WHEN THE DRESS IS BEING WORN. THERE IS A TINY HOLE MEASURING ABOUT A 1/4" ACROSS MID WAY DOWN IN THE FRONT, IT CAN EASILY BE FIXED AND SHOULD NOT BE NOTICABLE. THERE IS A TINY PIN HEAD SIZED HOLE IN THE TRAIN 2" FROM THE HEM AND SEVERAL TINY TO SMALL MARKS ON THE TRAIN FROM AVERAGE USE. NONE OF WHICH ARE VERY NOTICEABLE EVEN WHEN LOOKING FOR THEM.

We calculate single item shipping and combined shipping based on the weight of the package.

  We offer 3 types of domestic & International shipping. 1st class or parcel post, priority, and express  through the US Postal Service. Upon request we can ship Ups or Fedex.

 Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic shipping, global priority, and global express. 

 We try to ship items daily Monday thru Friday but in some cases shipping could take up to 3 business days, (this normally only occurs when we have a sufficient amount of snow). If you need an item shipped overnight express please contact us before purchasing the item and we will try our best to accomodate you.
