Our policy:  

1. Three (3) day buyer inspection to ensure buyer satisfaction guaranteed or your money back less shipping and handling, no questions asked. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us.

2. We use eBay / PayPal Shipping to print our labels so please be sure that your address information is up-to-date.

3. We gladly combine shipping on multiple items won to save you on shipping costs.

4. Will not offer Buy-It-Now on items that we have already listed in an auction. We feel that once listed we stand by our starting price.

5. Will never send a second chance offer to our customers as there are too many false e-mails that go out to our eBay community. If by any chance an item is not paid for by the winning bidder we will re-list that item.

6. We accept PayPal, Money Order, Cashier Checks and personal checks will be accepted and shipping will occur after funds have been approved.   We would appreciate hearing from you on your method of payment within 3 days and payment received within 10 days.

7. We try and use the most efficient shipping method to ensure your item(s) arrive in a timely manner and in excellent condition. If you prefer another shipping method other than what we have quoted please let us know and would be glad to accommodate.  PLEASE NOTE:  WE USE THE EBAY CALCULATOR FOR SHIPPING COSTS WHICH SOMETIMES CALCULATES MUCH HIGHER RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Please contact us for exact shipping costs for International Shipping and we would be glad to quote the best rate for your needs.

8. We are finding that INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING has become quite slow due to custom delays so please note that sometimes shipping INTERNATIONALLY has taken up to 45 days to arrive even going Airmail Letter Post that normally had taken 4-7 days.
