You are bidding on large old vintage axe.  This axe is in good condition for is age.  The blade is large, it measures 10 3/4 inches across the bottom edge.  It is 9 1/2 inches from the blade to the top.  It is heavy.  There is a stamp on the blade that is difficult to read.  It is stamped BARTON over the makers stamp.  The wooden handle has been well used.  There are some cracks in the wood and is it a little loose at the blade opening.  I can`t determine the age.  It was used in building log cabins.  Buyer will pay calculated shipping to the lower USA.  We accept pay pal as payment.
