2die4jewels is offering this fabulous sparkling 2die4 Vintage unsigned iridescent gold cluster spray rhinestone clover like flower brooch - possibly circa 1950-60's - there are HUGE cushion emerald cut faceted stones set in this unique button like polished metal domed cabochon design I am sure if you are a costume jewelry collector you will know more about this beauty then I. This quality piece is set in a highly polished goldtone setting (front and back - showing very little wear at all) - the design is three large prong set octagonal shaped rectangular stones that have an irridescent aurora borealis finish - they are approx 19.5mm long by 16mm wide and actually sit in this basket style setting with gold claw like prongs that hold the stones in - on either side of each of these unusual stones are two polished gold button like findings - that's what they look like to me - approx 13mm in diameter. and in between each large cluster you have elongated rectangular baguettes with a center round chaton - all done in this beautiful gold gilt highly reflective finish. This dimensional cluster domed styling can be worn with one up or with two up - your choice! All stones are prong set and I believe they are all foil backed as well .... because you can see the depth of the stones and the faceted cuts, radiance and sparkle.. This baby is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS .... if you love glitz and glamour - do NOT PASS this baby up. This would be a wonderful gift for any woman - the First Lady and her stunning brooches - she has truly set a tend! This is an authentic nostalgic Hollywood Glamour Brooch at it's very best. It has seen many a party & black tie event. It has been in our family for many years and is in MINT CONDITION for it's age - a family heirloom - from a private collection. The only flaw I see is a small pin drop on one of the stones - I am not sure what it is. It is absolutely stunning though - a true treasure & a rare find. This would be perfect for your any special occasion. It is set in a highly polished gold gilt setting I believe over brass metal which just makes this find so much more special and intriguing - it is a wonderful vintage find Perfect for the lady that loves elegant timeless pieces but with SPARKLE Thanks for taking the time to preview our auction - we have included many many pictures so you can see the quality of the piece.
