All of our seed is rated at 80% + germination unless otherwise noted. We sell over 5000 seed varieties both retail and wholesale. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are low on stock your order may be delayed. If you cannot find what your looking for please let us know, we may have it. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. In no event shall we be liable for the crop, or for any loss due to its failure or quality or varietal difference, regardless of the cause. If materials sold are not as described, the customer shall have the right to recover the purchase price from the seller and no other remedy. We are not liable for loss of any product, profit, or any other indirect special or consequential damages. We are not responsible for loss or damage or other causes beyond our control.
