Visconti Super Natural Creatures Dragon & Phoenix Limited Edition Fountain Pen

The dragon, the phoenix, the unicorn, and the tortoise were and are still considered "Supernatural Creatures," with the Dragon leading the pack. Visconti interpreted this theme with great creativity by creating a collection of four fountain pens in limited edition, all dedicated to the "Supernatural Creatures."As we did not want to limit our collection only to China, we have developed the concept including Japanese mythology, to the ancient Egypt and Greece. In this way the collection has become more international, as it includes some of the most representative cultures of human civilization.The subjects represented here have a strong emotional impact and are easily represented with the Maki-e technique.  All pens are painted directly on celluloid without pre-lacquering with Urushi, in order not to cover the natural beauty of the celluloid's ivory color.
