Narrow-band ultraviolet B is a useful and well-tolerated treatment for Vitiligo. 75% of the patients with Vitiligo for 1 year achieved pigmentation after 20 days. 45% of the patients with Vitiligo for 10 year achieved pigmentation after 50 days. We report our experience with UVB narrowband therapy in children affected by Vitiligo. 80% had a satisfactory response to phototherapy. Some areas responded better than others did; the best results were shown on the face and neck.
