·         Payment Accepted: Paypal, Cashier's Check, or Money Orders Accepted   Preferred payment accepted via Paypal with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Amex.  ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE RETURNED & ITEM RELISTED I HAVE HAD WAY TO MANY BAD ONES.

 ·  What's included : This auction only comes with what is picture and/or mentioned in  the ad.  Please note that most of my stuff comes from government auctions. It is rare that an owners manual makes it to the action. Unless I mention it in the ad it does not have one 

·         Warranty : Unless otherwise stated all items are provided as-is. No warranty is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated. All items sold are as listed, so please bid accordingly. Misc.electronics takes all auctions very serious, and will make all attempts to provide accurate information on each item listed.  We try our best to test all equipment. Some items we will not have the equipment, facilities or knowledge to do so.  Rest assured, that if I say an item is in "Great Working Condition", I mean exactly that and guarantee it to be 100% functional and operational.

·         Shipping : Buyer agrees to pay amount listed above (US Dollars) to cover packaging and handling. Shipping & handling charges are for the lower 48 United States only, We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes. We ship with the Post Office & UPS depending on the weight of the package..  All items are shipped insured.   I ship every day of the week & your payment will go out the day it is received if possible.

·         Auction Winners: You will receive a notification from Ebay and Vendio at the close of the auction. The Vendio email will have a link in it that needs to be followed, which will have a form that needs to be filled out to complete the auction in a timely manner. We accept several types of payment to make the transaction as easy as possible for you.
