New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened product in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included. The original manufacturer's warranty, if any, should still apply, with details of the warranty included in the conditions comments.

Very Good: A well-cared-for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. The item and its instructions are complete and undamaged, but may show some signs of wear. The item works perfectly.

Good: The item shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition. The original instructions are included and are in acceptable condition. The item may be marked or identified, and may show other signs of previous use. The item works perfectly and is in good overall shape.

This auction serves as a binding contract between the buyer and seller of this product. CloseoutVideo reserves the right to file a non-paying bidder dispute if we feel a buyer is neglecting their responsiblities (not paying, cancelling an order without a reasonable explanation, etc.).

If you have completed a purchse and do not receive an email from us within 24 hours,

For security purposes WE DO NOT reply to automatic spam filter approval emails.

WE DO NOT OFFER AFTER SALE SUPPORT

Please note that there may be an additional charge from the manufacturer of your item to provide (if available) extra parts (if missing from factory sealed items), after-sale servicing, warranty claims and/or technical support.

We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will honor any warranty or rebates that may be advertised by the manufacturer.

RETURN POLICY

Even with our desire to satisfy every customer we must point out that this is not a retail operation and we are unable to offer an unconditional return policy. Customer has 5 business days from the receipt of you item to report any problems.

In the unlikely event you discover a problem within 5 business days of receipt of your item: Not as Described or Wrong Item Shipped:

We will either replace with the correct item (at our expense) or issue a refund at our discretion.
Please note that we have no way to ensure the completeness or functionality of a NEW factory sealed item.

If the item shipped is as described and is the correct item and you still wish to return your purchase
there is a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is at your expense.
NOTE: If you open or use a not as described or wrong item you will incur a 25% retocking fee.

If the item shipped is as described and is the correct item and was sold in Used condition
and you still wish to return your purchase there is a 25% restocking fee and return shipping is at your expense.

You must contact us for a return merchandise authorization or your item will be refused. use the Ask Seller a Question button to request a return.

We have no way to ensure the completeness or functionality of a Brand New - Factory Sealed item and cannot be responsible for the manufacturer's error.
In some cases we may have left over or open boxes of the same item, in which case we can ship you the missing part. If not, you will need to contact the manufacturer.

Please be aware that these are common guidelines within the ecommerce industry.
We are fair and will handle each issue presented to us on a case by case basis.
We will always try to offer a solution that is fair to the consumer.

YOU AGREE THAT CLOSEOUTVIDEO AND ALL PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY CLOSEOUTVIDEO SHALL NOT EXCEED THE WINNING BID PRICE OF SUCH ITEM.
