B: inset (reverse side of fabric is used). No Provision for Above-Waist Adjustment.

NOTIONS: Dress A,B: 14" (35cm) Zipper or Snaps, 1/4" (6mm) Double Fold Bias Tape and Seam Binding.

FABRICS: Dress A: Silk-like Crepe and Lt.wt. Wool Crepe. Dress B: Crepe Back Satin. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals, plaids or stripes. *with nap. **without nap.

I always combine shipping to save you money and will never ever rip you off with excess shipping charges - it's sooo not nice when sellers do that!

Due to the Paypal seller protection policy, I must always include delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. The least expensive USPS mailing services do not provide tracking, so when my buyers pay via Paypal, I must use USPS Priority international mailing or first class domestic.

I know this may sound confusing to those who are new to ebay. But due to a few people who steal credit cards and other people's identities, sellers must be protected from chargebacks and that means higher shipping charges for all of us. Lousy crooks!

Insurance is strongly recommended.

I package your items carefully for shipment and take special care to double-box and safeguard breakables; however, I cannot be responsible for items once they leave my care.

Insurance coverage won't replace a lost or broken plate or teacup, but at least you won't cry as hard with the insurance money in your hand & you can use the broken china to make a beautiful mosaic table..
