This Volk Steady Mount for 90D lens has barely been used.  Rather than this mount, I use the mount that came with my anterior segment camera and put this one into storage.  It comes with the case, the supplied screwdriver, and Allen wrench for tightening the adjustment.  The holder is in excellent condition, but the case has a scuff mark on the front and is slightly warped from too much weight on it while in storage.
