This auction includes the following used item: Vox Valvetronix AD30DT amplifier with power cord; no instructions or anything else is included in this auction. The amp is in mint to like-new condition. We tested the amp and it worked properly in our tests.

If Buyer is not satisfied with the item, Buyer, at Buyers expense, may return the item to Seller for a refund, less shipping handling and insurance, provided that Seller receives all items within 5 days from Buyer receiving the item; All items must be in the same condition as when shipped by the Seller.ONLY MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIERS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED; PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS. We do not ship C.O.D. We do not ship out of the U.S. Our primary shipper is FedEx; occasionally we will use UPS or USPS; it will be our sole choice to choose the shipping service. We do this in order to expedite the shipment in the fastest method that we can. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We do not combine shipments; most items are weighed, measured and packaged for shipment prior to auction end in order to have speedy shipments. Please give us your telephone number so that we may give it to the shipper in case the shipper must contact you. Buyer must retain all packaging for shipping company in case a claim is made. Without signature request, Buyer pays $ 35.00 shipping , handling and insurance anywhere in the lower 48 states for UPS / Fedex/USPS ground shipments; shipments by air will cost more. If Buyer (or Addressee) requests signature upon receipt than there will be a extra $2.50 charge(over and above the shipping, handling and insurance charge) for this service; this is the amount that Fedex charges us. Please note that according to the rules of most major delivery companies, such as Fedex, that if an item is insured and Fedex states that something is delivered and than that item is stolen, Fedex will not be responsible for the item. Insurance only covers the item if it is lost in transit or damaged in transit. Once again, if the carrier as Fedex says that the package was delivered and the Buyer does not request signature of addressee upon delivery and the addressee does not receive the package, than the insurance will NOT cover the loss; we will not be responsible for loss or theft either. For more explanation, please review all of the carriers listed in this section and major carriers policies on this subject; Buyer agrees that he/she has read , understands and agrees with the policy of the major carrier as FedEx, UPS and USPS. Seller must receive full payment within 7 days from close of auction or Seller has the option to void the sale. Missouri residents, packages sent to a Missouri location or those Buyers who elect to pick up item/s at our location in St. Louis, Missouri pay additional 7.575 % sales tax. Before using items, Buyer agrees to obtain, read and follow the manufacturer’s safety directions and precautions for the item(s) that is( are) purchased in this auction. Additionally, prior to using any item purchased in this auction, Buyer agrees to check , read and follow the instructions for current recall notices and/or safety notices issued by the manufacturer of the product that is offered in this auction. Further Buyer agrees to release Seller from any and all liability in using the items purchased in this auction and agrees to pay for reasonable attorney fees of Seller if there is litigation as a result of this sale; if legal suit is filed, all matters shall be decided in a Missouri court of law.
