We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for any items rated 'TWO STARS' or less for functionality as these items are sold 'AS IS'. We guarantee that all 'THREE STARS' and higher items will not be DOA (Dead On Arrival).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund of the highest Bid Value less a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a refund for the item in question after you:

	Obtain a return authorization number from us within 48 hours after receiving the item.
	Ship the item back to us in the original packaging with all of the originally sent accessories and/or documentation listed in the original auction within 5 days of receiving the item
	Complete the customs documents to include 'NO VALUE - RETURN TO SELLER!!' on all documents including the shipping waybill.
	Give us the opportunity to resolve the issue prior to leaving negative feedback.

We do not refund PayPal or Shipping Fees. We will however refund the shipping fees on items that were shipped in error on our part.
