(one) used Orbital spinnomatic , similar to a TM-10 , ¾ hp , 1160 rpm , 230/460 vac . Model: Special , s/n 3815R6 , (1977) was used in a peening operation . The head and column are mounted to a 42" x 25" x 1 1/8" thick steel table base . The table top is 35" from floor level . Mounted on top of the base is a 9" x 9" x ½" thick sliding table . The table has approx. 4 ½" pneumatic powered travel with Allen Bradley adjustable travel limit switches . The nose of the spindle is 4 ½" above the slide table with an additional 3" of vertical adjustment . The maximum distance from spindle nose to steel base is approx. 12" . 9" throat . Pushbutton controls include automatic and manual . Pneumatic control include pressure regulators , oiler , filter , E stop , and solenoid valves . Electrical enclosure is Hoffman 32" x 36" x 11" with fusible disconnect , control transformer , and wiring diagram . Total weight is approx. 2000# . Footprint is 56" x 40" , 74" high .
