Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days depending on package volume. Since our business hours are 9AM - 6PM CST Monday through Friday, we will not process weekend orders until Monday. Orders also may be delayed due to holiday. Software is only returnable if defective, and can only be exchanged for exact same item.
