CONDITION: Some stains on covers, corners and edges rubbed, small tears at bottom of spine. Possible water damage to bottom of spine. Tight straight binding. No marks or writing. Pages are smooth with very little wear, light age tanning, no tears or creases, an occasional smudge. Tan stain across pages 30-31 where a clipping was stored in book. Remarkable condition! Smoke-free home without pets.
