VTG~1961 OSCAR BRAND LP~OUT OF THE BLUE~FOLK~MILITARY

Up for bid is a classic MILITARY LP: 1961's OUT OF THE BLUE - MORE AIRFORCE SONGS by the legendary Canadian artist OSCAR  BRAND.   This album was the the follow up to his WILD BLUE YONDER album.  Contains ADULT Language - so don't play it around the kiddies.  Hysterical, especially when you take account the release date. Here's the scoop on the record's condition:

Elecktra Label #EKS-7178 STEREO

Cover is OK shape - nice high gloss with no unglueing, but upper and lower seams have splits caused by normal rack wear; NO noticeable ring. Liner is  not included.  Record is in  VG+/VG condition -  high gloss on both sides but under the lights has very slight surface wear.  Slight distortion based on recent playing. 

Opening bid has been adjusted to reflect any and all condition issues noted above.

GRADING:

Grading is done both visually under a strong light and via playing on a state of the art, old school turntable. :) I try to grade honestly and fairly.  Vinyl grading is based on the Goldmine standard and is as follows: 

NM:  This is the highest grading.  Record should look unplayed, shiny, glossy, no visible marks. A darn perfect record!

VG++: Darn near close to NM

VG+:  Record may have a few minor marks or surface scuffs. Still a darn nice record

VG:  Record will have light scratches, noticeable marks, and surface noise may be apparent.  Darn, there's some flaws to this record.

VG-/G:  This darn record is rough/Darn this record!!!

Opening bid is arrived at using a combination of cover grade, vinyl grade and HTF'ness.

PAYING:

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. All items are shipped USPS media mail; I will ship to countries outside of the US and Canada - but shipping will have to be for actual costs. Insurance is available.  If you are a winner of multiple items, please wait for the invoice, so you don't overpay on shipping.
