VTG 70s 60s Ruffled Plunging Neckline Cocktail Dress M

Description

Black polyester knit fabric dress with deep plunging 'v' neckline trimmed with wide ruffle and high waist, straight skirt with small amount of pleating at front. Unlined with back nylon zip. Label reads, "Phillipe, junior miss by Leboff."

Bust 36"/ high waist 28"/ hips up to 40"/ total length 40"/ shoulders 15.5"/ sleeve 24'
 
Condition 
Excellent Condition: No stains, hole, fade or snags... but has hand-stitched hem (well done) so was probably shortened
