VTG/ANTIQUE BRASS CORBIN CABINET LOCK COMPANY MAILBOX Letter Box.....This is a fabulous BRASS vintage mailbox, letter box, post box,(possibly Antique, which means 100 years or older), I'm just not sure as of the date from the research I was able to do online.This cool working mailbox is marked "Corbin Cabinet Lock Co., CORBIN, New Britain, Conn., Made in U.S.A.". This is stamped on the angled top of the mail/letter box as photo shows. At top it also has working LETTERS marked flip open door.The Corbin Cabinet Lock Co. was established in 1882 as a branch of P&F Corbin in New Britain, CT, U.S.A....... The back of the box has five holes to attach to wall with screws should you desire, via opening mail door for easy access to screw holes. Or could sit easily as an interesting part of history on your table or shelf, etc.it has been painted but would be easy to refinish ....

Measurements:
10 1/2" at tallest.
3" in depth.
3 1/2" angled top with Corbin label marking.
6" in width.
4 1/2" letter opening into LETTERS flip up door
4 3/4" tall MAIL door opened
4" wide MAIL door opened
