A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
This is a nice vintage label maker from the Avery Company of Santa Ana California. The label maker has been used but still works well and also comes with a spare roll of label tape.
This is either a nice functional label maker or an addition to your "Retro" office collection.
