Armpit to armpit is 19" (38"), waist is 19 1/2" (39"), hips are 21" (42"), with 3" side slits, and length is 23 1/2". You can tie the neckline as tight or loose as you want. The braided tie goes all the way through the neckline. The blouse is in excellent condition. I ship at least 2 times a week and will combine shipping on clothing.
