VTG ORG 1936 SHIRLEY TEMPLE PAPER DOLL CUT OUT - RARE!

We are offering this vintage book of a Shirley Temple paper doll cut out produced in 1936 by the Saalfield Publishing Company.  This is an authorized edition #1765 and is advertised as a 34" "life-like paper doll cut-out".  The book measures 18 1/4" x 13".  The taller Shirley is separated into two parts - on the front and back pages with five different outfits inside.  Also included is a smaller Shirley (see last picture) with 3 outfits (see picture 4).  This book  in very good condition with only very slight discoloration and partial detachment of Shirley as can be seen in pictures 2 & 6.  The outfits (not perforated but intended to be cut-out) are still intact.  A beautiful example of vintage paper dolls!  Please feel free to contact us with questions.

We are a family trying to liquidate the estate of a loved one.  We are not collectors, dealers, or experts on any of the items we offer but our lack of knowledge may not always be apparent.  We try to describe everything we list to the best of our knowledge, but please do not take anything for granted and feel free to ask questions as we are still learning.

PAYMENT:  We accept PayPal; payment is due within 5 days.

SHIPPING: We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible and will hold shipping on a paid item for up to seven days if we are combining shipping at your request. 

We ship from our house and use Priority mail.  We believe Priority is faster, safer, cost efficient, we get a tracking number and can buy insurance if we feel we need it. Insurance protects the seller not the buyer and we will buy insurance on a case by case basis.  If you feel the Priority mail shipping rate is too high and want to ship First Class or another way, we are willing to try to make you happy.  However we will need to be compensated on packaging costs so please contact us. 

In order to ship first class international or small flat rate international we have to go to the post office and can only do that once per week on Friday.   Therefore, we don’t offer those rates in our listing but if you are willing to wait the extra time, we will ship that way.  Please contact us to make arrangements before bidding.

The mail comes around noon Eastern Time -  if you pay before noon we usually can get the package out the same day.

RETURNS:  If after receipt of the item you feel it is not what we described or are not satisfied with the item, we will accept returns within 7 days from the shipping date.  We will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping charges.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please communicate with us before returning the item.
