 Vintage Native American multi-stone inlay earrings. Beautiful leaf and floral design. They are post earrings. They are marked on the back 'Sterling'. They weigh 6.1 grams.  They measure 7/8"  x 5/8".  I have not polished or cleaned them. They do show a bit of tarnishing. As pictured.  Please see photos to add to description.
