RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns for 7 days on new "unused merchandise," complete factory packet returned with a 5% restocking fee. The equipment must be in new factory packaged condition, no damage, writing, blood, slim or other wise "gradooo-gunk" on the equipment. All accessories and packaging must be returned including bag material unused, factory packed condition. NO USED EQUIPMENT REFUNDS! If the item is returned with any of the before mentioned "gradoo-gunk" or missing accessories such as bags, or jar sealers, this will fall under warranty repair or exchange policy and will not be refunded. Warranty repair is for parts only for 1 year, labor is extra. Call us! We can help with any problems and questions. No returns accepted with out RA#.
