This unit is located on the second floor (out of three floors) right on the beach, just seconds from the sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico! You don't have to walk across the street to enjoy a stroll along the beach or lug your stuff a block away to enjoy a day at the beach. It's right outside your door! Witness the most spectacular sunrises each morning, and breathtaking sunsets each night.

Our condo is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. The kitchen contains all appliances, dishware, glasses and utensils all you'll need to whip up an elaborate meal or fix a small snack. A washer and dryer are inside the condo, along with a dishwasher. A beach and nautical theme set the atmosphere inside the condo, lending a tropical feel that's both relaxing and soothing. The Sandpiper is nestled inside a well-maintained complex that is located close to shopping, restaurants, fishing, golf, tennis, amusement parks, and innumerable other activities. For your convenience, there is an elevator located at the Sandpiper.

The price for this auction - both the Buy It Now and Winning Auction Bid - includes ALL taxes and fees! Either the The Buy It Now price, or your winning auction bid, is all you will have to pay. A $235 deposit is required within in 5 days of the auction's close. This deposit will hold the reservation for your stay and will be deducted from your total due when you arrive. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or a Cashier's check can be used for payment.

* Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted to pay the $235 deposit. Or, I can arrange for you to mail a Cashier's check. The remaining balance will be due at check-in. I will email you with details at the end of the auction.

* I DO NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER for deposit or final payment.

Detailed Information:

1. A deposit of $235.00 is required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 5 days of winning the auction. At check-in, you will be required to pay the balance of the total due.
2. IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP OR YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AFTER PURCHASING THIS AUCTION - You will lose your $235 deposit and you will no longer be able to bid on my auctions.
3. Unit is fully furnished.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO RENTING TO VACATIONING STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT. Parents must be actually staying in the unit with the students the entire length of the reservation. Failure to comply will result in parties being asked to leave the property. NO ONE LESS THAN 21 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER!
5. MAXIMUM OF (6) PERSONS.
