The kitchen is full service with a full size refrigerator, range with oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. There is even a WASHER and DRYER. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower. There is sattelite digital TV with 150 stations and there is WiFi internet connection. Have your morning coffee on the spacious deck overlooking the horse arena and corrals while enjoying the view of Devil Mountain. ALL THIS FOR JUST 75.00 PER NIGHT FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE!!! WEEKLY RATE IS $450.00 OR STAY FOR A MONTH AND IT'S ONLY $1650.00. PLEASE ADD $10.00 PER DAY FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON OVER TWO (negotiable). If you bring a horse, it is just $10.00 per day for pasture, no hay. With hay it is $15.00 per day. At the moment, our horse facility is limited to a 2.5 acre pasture and/or a round pen with no shelter. We hope to upgrade that in the future. WE WANT TO KEEP OUR GUESTHOUSE AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE INCLUDING PEOPLE THAT ARE ALLERGIC. SO PLEASE NO SMOKING AND NO SMALL PETS.
