At the listed rate of $995.00 you may choose any available 7 nights from April 24th to December 20th. Holiday weeks rent for $150 more.

The villa is located in an exclusive refuge of privately owned villas inside the premises of the 5 star Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort in Puerto Rico. The villa faces the beautifull Rio Mar golf course
The Resort has been recognized by the Connoisser's guide of the Resorts and Great Hotels as one of the world's best and the picture of the Rio Mar Beach Resort lobby was in the cover of the 15th anniversary edition of the guide. The Wyndham Grand brand is comparable to the Westin Brand and is more upscale than the Marriott and Hilton brand.

Our villa offers ample and tropical, fully air conditioned living and dinning room . The living room has a 2 queen size sofa bed. The balcony has great views of the golf course.
  
Our bedroom has 1 king bed and a large balcony with a sitting area. The bedroom an entertainment center with 31" TV with cable and DVD.
Our Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, cookware, and major appliances including refrigerator, electric range with oven, coffee maker, dishwasher machine and microwave.
There are paths that meander to the sea, the golf course, and the main resort building. The villas common areas are very peacefull and quiet, if you want action you will find lost at the hotel main building.

Golf
The Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort offers two 18-hole championship golf courses which are considered by many as the best courses in the island. The Ocean Course is a 6,782 yard par 72 designed by Tom and George Fazio. This course features beautiful scenery and lots of challenges. Its signature ocean-side 16th hole has consistently been one of the favorite in the Caribbean.
Filled with beautiful natural foliage, the River Course is a 6,945 yard par 72 designed by Greg Norman. Following the scenic Mameyes River, this exciting course features wide fairways and open greens. Watch out for the back nine on this very challenging course! And watch out for the Iguanas!

TERMS OF RENTAL:
Reservations: Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit. Balance due upon 45 days prior to your arrival.
Tax: The auction price does not include a 12% tax, which will be added to the winning bid.
Damage deposits: $300 damage deposit required 7 days prior to your arrival. The Damage deposit is fully refundable to you provided there are no damages, missing items, smoking at the villa or an unauthorized late checkout.
Check in/out: Check in at 3:00p.m,. Check out is at 12:00noon. The Villa may be available on arrival prior to this time, we will try our best to accommodate you if possible.
Cancellation policy: In the event that the Guest cancels the reservation, we will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
- Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
- Between 46 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
- Less than 45 days prior to the arrival date 100%
