Really not trying to offend here but, I was cleaning out my basement and came upon these wood fired memories. I made a run of these as gifts for the cast members of the play THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES that came to town in 2005. I was really into pots made by The Mad Potter George Ohr at the time. He had made several that I had seen in the past and well the rest is history. This is really an old fashioned kinda bank because it doesn't have a cork and you have to jimmy the money out. Also it is kinda of difficult to get every coin out, but I didnt make them with function in mind. Wood fired, alkaline glazed, highlites are highlited with a hint of iron oxide. Also decorated with a money $$ stamp that I have since lost. 3 1/2 inches tall 12" around. Mint condition !!!
