A Note about Shipping:   We charge the actual published rate for shipping and do not make any profit on it.  Please understand that most musical instruments are not regular box shapped and therefore have higher than typical shipping costs.  We use a combination of UPS and Fed Ex for shipping.    In addition if somehow your item is damaged in shipping, we can send UPS to pickup your item and exchange fee of charge.  Just follow the directions on your receipt.  Sorry no shipping to PO or APO boxes. 

We target shipping out items within 3 business days of  receiving your payment.    When you receive your order will depend on how fast you get payment to us, and where the package is going.  Generally it's 3 to 10 days later.  Shipping charges listed include all costs including insurance.   We reserve the right not to honor any bid we deem to be suspicious or fraudulent in nature.
