Payments are expected within 5 days of the auction/store item purchase.
I will combine shipping for you for items purchased within a 3 day period.
Please don't pay for items seperately through PAYPAL if you want combined shipping.
When you are done shopping, Send me a email and I will combine your invoice for you.
I have to pay a fee for each PAYPAL transaction, so if you pay seperately,

I ship several times a week, almost every day. Most all of the bows that are in the store are sewn to order and will ship within 2-5 days after payment depending on how busy we are. Value packs are pre-sewn and will ship immediately after paymentunless you have bought individual bows from our store also. If you are in a hurry for your bows, please let me know and I will put a rush on your order

Orders over $50.00 must pay for insurance according to how much the order is. $1.95 for orders between $50.00 and $100.00. Higher orders than $100.00 will be adjusted according to your order amount.

International orders over $50.00 are required to pay for registered mail due to loss of packages going overseas. We do not ship to Italy at all unless the package is registered. Shipping cost of registered mail is $17.50. For orders over $50.00 I will only charge you $10.00 and I will pick up the rest of the costs. Italy orders totaling under $50.00 must pay the total cost of $17.50.

If you are unhappy with your bows for any reason, they are eligible for exchange for the same value.  Please be sure to order the right size for your dog. If you are unsure, please ask me. Bows that are ordered by the wrong size are not eligible for a refund. Bows that are custom ordered with barrettes sewn on are not eligible for a refund if they are ordered in the wrong size.
