After trying all carriers to Canada we decided that FedEx has the best service for the price. It's more expensive than USPS but the service is great and the delivery time is consistent year round.

We work very hard to be transparent on our charges and we hope we do everything possible to get 5 stars, especially in the shipping and handling fees. Snowboards and wakeboards are oversized and go off of dimensional weight, they're not cheap to ship.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx Express Ground is $0.00.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx 3 Day Air is $19.95.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx 2 Day Air is $29.95.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx Standard Overnight Air is $49.95.

USA: Everywhere Else

Shipping and handling to APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, VI, GU and AS is $24.95.

We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS take 4-8 days on average.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can vary greatly (normally 1-2 weeks). We ship within 48hrs via Priority Mail to Costal hubs. Give yourself more time around holidays.

International Shipping and Handling Info

CANADA

Shipping and handling to Canada via FedEx International Economy is $49.95.
Shipping and handling to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International is $39.95.

Customer Service

We take customer service very seriously. Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible. If you ever have any questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email. All emails are replied to in less than 24 hrs. within hours of operation. Customer Service hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST. Weekends vary. We reply to emails outside of eBay’s message system when ever possible. EBay doesn’t allow for the back logging of emails. So please make sure to have your current email address on file with eBay or with us. Also check to make sure your email account settings are updated so that you can accept messages from Dj's Boardshop.

Returns

If an item is different than described, we'll take care of you. Other than that, all sales are final, No Returns. Exchanges are allowed and must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Items for exchange must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange. All of our sizing is in US sizes and is provided by the manufacturer.

Product Condition

All items at Dj's Boardshop are brand new unless otherwise noted.

Local Pickup

Because we don't have a retail store, we have a 'No Local Pickup' policy.

Warranty

All products at Dj’s Boardshop have a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Please email us at info@djsboards.com with any issues so we can assist you in the manufacturer’s warranty process. The warranty process can take up to 30 days from initial contact with the manufacturer. We try our best to handle all warranty issues as expeditiously as possible and some issues can be resolved in less time, but please be prepared for a 30 day turn around time.

Shipping

We ship Monday-Friday except public holidays. Shipments are usually sent the day after payment is received and cleared (Mon-Fri).

Free Shipping

There are two ways to receive free shipping with your order. First, at the outset of the checkout process you can enter this code: OV100.
