Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Canadian and Mexican bidders must pay with USD Money Orders only.Our shipping is for the 48 contiguos States only.

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us at helenechemel@yahoo.com to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We security mark all items, and prior to refunding payments, we must verify security markings and will compare pre auction photos of item. We do not negotiate returns. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable for any returned or insurance claimed items.

Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. We use recycled materials when possible. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Please note that Items that sold for over $100 may require an adult signature by the carrier.

We will ship either UPS or USPS dependent on the selling price of the item, size of the item and fragility of the item.

Mexican and Canadian Buyers will have shipping calculated for them individually - the shipping in auction is NOT for International Shipping.

Merchandise will ship within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. Large or Bulky items may take longer to ship. We ship Internationally once a week- as items have to be hand carried to the post office. Local Pickup is Not Available

We can accomodate combined orders of like items for shipping. WE will only combine items that have been won within 24 hours of the first auction closing. We will not hold over orders. Buyer will need to checkout each item individually and we will rebate postage upon email or phone notification by buyer. Our system is not set up to automatically refund comined shipping. .
