Details: Cutest summer dress!!!! Dropped waist, tank dress with side seam ruching. Full, drapey skirt below the dropped waist. Great, soft, stretchy t-shirt material. THE BEST PART is the darling, removable pin with dangling t-shirt fabric flowers and petals. This pin looks great on the shoulder but, can be removed and put anywhere on the dress or omitted completely. The skirt of the dress is somewhat uneven (on purpose). 2 layers of the same t-shirt fabric, making it lined. Cute, cuter, cutest!
