Venturi Vacuum Generator

Our vacuum generators work equally well for running vacuum clamps, veneer press vacuum bags, vacuum degass chambers, and vacuum forming machines.

Venturi vacuum generators convert compressed air into vacuum pressure.  To use this vacuum generator you will need an air compressor (not included) that can supply 60 PSI (lbs per square inch) at 4 CFM (cubic feet per minute.)  Because Venturi vacuum generators don't have any moving parts, they are less susceptible to chemicals, dirt, etc. and require very little maintenance.  They are also much less expensive than motor driven pumps.

Detailed instructions for proper installation are included along with 2x 1/8" NPT male to male nipples and 1x 1/8" NPT female to 1/4" NPT male adapter for connecting the generator to a variety of air and vacuum lines.
