DESCRIPTION:  17 1/2" x 12 1/4" x 6 1/2" with double straps that have a 12" drop.  Carry on your shoulder or by hand.  Pleated front opens to a large pocket with 2 mesh pockets inside..perfect for bottles or anything that might be damp as lining is coated with plastic.  There is a similar pocket on the back side, again with 2 smaller mesh pockets and a clip for keys, binky, etc.  The interior features a floral lining, 2 very large mesh pockets and a zippered pocket, along with a changing pad which is plain white terry on one side and waterproof floral fabric on the other.  AND...we will toss in an extra plain white Vera Bradley changing pad so you have 2. 

SHIPPING:  $13.95 via priority mail, including insurance to protect package against loss/damage after it leaves our hands.  This is a large bag and will not fit in most mailboxes, so may be left at your door.  Therefore, insurance has been included.  Ebay is stopping their policy of allowing the buyer to choose insurance or decline it.
